Welcome2Warren is a family-run holiday rental business. We offer spacious two-storey chalet villa accommodation on the Welcome Family Holiday park at Dawlish Warren. All the chalets are under family ownership, and the property manager lives locally.
We advertise on many online channels, but the best value bookings are direct with us. Our minimum booking term is 3 nights. Our prices are very competitive, and offer fantastic value to our guests. Low season is £80, mid-season is £110 and high season is £140. This price is per chalet per night, and is for up to 6 guests. If you wish to bring up to two more guests, there are supplementary charges.
About Our Villa Accommodation
Clover, Fern & Willow chalet
We have three two-storey holiday chalets available for hire on the popular Welcome Family Holiday Park, Dawlish Warren. All are within the same block, and sleep 2-8 persons each. There is parking just outside the block at either side. We allow a well behaved dog. Our chalets have a double bedroom, and a family room. The family room has a triple bunk (double plus single bed), and separate single bed. There is a small TV in this room. Downstairs, there is an open-plan lounge, diner, kitchen. There is a double pull-out bed, two sofa's, a lounge chair and large TV on the ground floor.

The property manager lives next door to the Welcome park (easy check-in).
A full-sized kitchen equipped with a microwave, 30L oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hob, air fryer, fridge & freezer.
Free, complimentary fibreoptic WI-FI.
A TV set upstairs and downstairs.
A bathroom upstairs, with electric shower over the bath.
Electricity is free (no meters).
Ample free parking either side of the chalet block.
An outside dining area, overlooking well presented communal gardens.
Heating by electric wall heaters.
Free linen and cot/ high chair hire upon request.
Payment by instalment. 10% deposit secures a holiday, with the remainder payable by four weeks before your holiday date.
The Welcome Family Holiday Park
The Welcome park has many excellent facilities including two takeaways, a crazy golf course, gift shops and pottery cafe. Younger guests will enjoy the playground and sports pitch. There is a launderette on site, and amusement arcade.
Tropicana Pool Complex
Our guests may use the on-site facilities if they wish. This includes a pool complex, which can be enjoyed if an admission ticket is purchased. There is a sports pool, Tropical pool, infant splash pool and hot tub/ jacuzzi, along with changing rooms.
Starlight Clubhouse
Our guests can enjoy the daily entertainment programme offered at the Welcome Park if they wish. This includes sports events, competitions, bingo and cabaret every day. Admission to the clubhouse is subject to site manager discretion, and capacity/ timing rules. However, there is another clubhouse across the road which also welcomes our guests in (free admission). Hazelwood clubhouse called Paddy's Bar has a kid's club, quiz, bingo and cabaret acts every night.
About Dawlish Warren
Our chalets are a few minutes flat walk to the Blue Flag beach resort of Dawlish Warren. Here you will find an 18 hole golf course, observation wheel, nature reserve, fishing, water sports, picnic areas, coastal walks into Dawlish, amusements and shops, takeaways, pubs, cafes, a fun fair for younger guests and go kart track. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets within a few minutes walking distance of our chalets. The village has many pubs, takeaways and cafes. The train and bus stop at Dawlish Warren regularly throughout the day and evening. Torquay, Paignton, Exeter and Dartmoor are all within reach by car, or public transport. There are plenty of local attractions such as Splat attack, Powderham Castle, Paignton zoo, Teignmouth pier and Woodland's adventure park.
