Booking information

How to book a holiday with us

Thank you for your interest in Welcome2Warren.

We do not accept bookings from stag, hen, college leaver or similar party groups.

We only accept reservations for the purpose of holidays and leisure stays. This includes working holidays, but we do not accept residential bookings.

We are not able to accept reservations where all occupants are under the age of 18.

The lead guest takes responsibilty for everyone occupying our accommodation during the dates stated on the booking agreement. The lead guest will sign a booking agreement and show ID upon arrival.

Welcome family holiday site club and pool facilities are available at the discretion of Swan Holidays Ltd. Guests may pay for admission tickets every day in the site office if required.

We cannot accept pets, other than dogs. Breeds on the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted on site.

Site security may ask guests to leave the site if there is excessive noise or other anti-social behaviour.

The lead guest is responsible for all inventory loss, or damages caused by anyone in their group.

Welcome2Warren staff, representatives and suppliers have a right to access the villa accommodation at all times. Prior notice would be given to guests, if possible. Access would only be required for maintenance or emergency reasons.
